Membership Cabinet- Configuring Network Printers in your Windows Environment- DRAFT

Go to Settings
Select Devices
Select Printers and Scanners (Wait for Search to Complete “Searching for Printers and Scanners”)
Select “The Printer I want isn’t listed”
Select “Shared Printer by name”
Enter The Network Address, “\\yao-ps-01\”
Select the Printer from the drop down list; EV-Canon MF419 (Front Desk Printer) , EV-Canon iR-ADV C7580 (Back Office printer)
Click Next , (Message will display “Connecting to” Printer name “on yao-ps-01"
If you’re asked to install drivers, click yes otherwise, it’ll display “Looking for Drivers” message.
When it’s done, you’ll see a message “You’ve successfully added” Printer name “on yao-ps-01"
Click Next, Print a test page
Click Finis
