- The latest membership order shows a past date range
- The latest membership order shows Suspended Status
- The latest membership order shows Proforma Status
- There is a Duplicate Account and their Facility Card Number is on the non-member account
- They say they should be part of someone else's membership
- They are on a 7-Day Trial but scanning-in Access Denied
- There is a banner when they scan-in as Access Denied that says, "Accompanying Adult"
- They have a "No Access" Membership
- None of the above options helped and I still cannot figure out why they are showing Access Denied.
