Trial Pass Policies
Free Trial Pass- Individual
Trial passes are not "to use the pool for the week." Trial passes are intended for individuals who are actively considering YMCA membership and want to experience the Y before making a decision. If someone is looking to use the facility for the day, a day pass is the appropriate option. Our pools become impacted quickly especially during hot months, so we need to reserve/prioritize the limited pool space we have for our members.
- Sold as a "Free Trial Pass- Individual" in Personify.
- Last 3 consecutive days.
- For potential members only
- For individuals aged 18+ who have not had a Trial pass at any of our branches in the current calendar year.
- Liability Waivers must be signed, and a picture must be taken.
- A person can have a Trial pass once a calendar year for our entire association.
- This means that during the Trial period, they should use as many branches as they can, since they will not be able to get another Trial Pass at any branch again this calendar year.
Partner Membership Trial Policy
- For individuals who have applied for one of our partnership memberships like SCFHP and HPSM, etc, and are waiting for the YSC to approve/deny the application/ticket.
- Sold Individually
-
Ages- Read carefully:
- Personify allows those aged 0+ to be sold the Partner Membership Trial Pass. HOWEVER- All our partnerships are for ages 18+ except SCFHP. So, the only children (aged 0-17) that can be sold this Trial Pass are SCFHP applicants.
- Date range is 7 days.
- There have been cases (like during summer months) where date ranges were edited for longer than 7 days due to the YSC being weeks behind on applications. This is not a normal practice, but understandable during impacted months.
