What is Fit On Health?
Fit On Health is a membership benefit for individuals only.
Fit on Health is very similar to Gym Pass in that it is a "benefits platform" that employers and insurance carriers can offer to their employees/clients.
Fit On Health goes out to companies and says, “You can offer Fit On Health to all of your employees/clients if you pay Fit On Health a certain amount of money, and then your employees/clients will receive credits to Fit On Health, and they can use those credits to join partner gyms for a highly discounted rate, as a benefit for working for you/having your insurance.”
The YMCA of Silicon Valley is a participating gym with Fit On Health, which means employees/clients who have Fit On Health provided by their employer/insurance can choose to work out at The Y and participate in Y programs.
Fit On Health may work with several insurance companies on their end. We don't have a full list, but we know that Alignment Insurance is on of them. We don't have a partnership with these insurance companies directly, and they will have to go through Fit On Health.
