Active & Fit, Silver & Fit
American Specialty Health (ASH, AshLink)
We accept the two ASH types: Silver&Fit and Active&Fit.
Silver&Fit is the fitness benefit for individual Seniors; Active&Fit is the fitness benefit for individual Young Adults/Adults.
Branch Responsibilities:
- Enter or find the person in Personify making sure to take their picture, and have them sign Liability Waivers.
- Create a ticket to the YSC and include their ASH (Active & FIt or Silver & Fit) Fitness ID #.
- You can sell them a 7-day trial if needed.
- The YSC will verify their eligibility and sell the membership.
Cambie Su Vida
Cambie Su Vida is a special program in partnership with “The Pediatric Healthy Lifestyle Center” (PHLC)—they send children and their families who qualify to the Y for membership.
Branch Responsibilities:
- The family must bring in their signed contract and $40 to the front desk.
- Add the family to Personify. We hope that all immediate family members, including up to two parents and siblings, will join in to help encourage the child to exercise and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
- Collect $40.
- If there is cash, place it in a drop-safe envelope with a notation of their member ID. Drop the envelope in the safe and add it to the safe log.
- If a check, have it made out to the YMCA of Silicon Valley and place it in a drop-safe envelope with a notation of their member ID. Drop the envelope in the safe and add it to the safe log.
- If you have a payment card, add it to their Manage CCs.
- The Cambie Su Vida contract should be scanned and sent to your email so that you can attach it to the YSC ticket.
- Ask the parents to select a day they wish to start the 3-month membership. Inform them to keep an eye on their email, looking out for the Welcome email from the Y. The YSC will send the Welcome email once the membership is sold in Personify.
- Send a Zendesk ticket to the YSC
- Attach the Cambie Su Vida contract to the ticket
- List the start date of the Cambie Su Vida 3-month membership.
- List whether the $40 was paid by cash, a check, or should be charged to the card on file (list the last four digits).
- List all the family members who should be included in the 3-month membership.
- If the membership should start today or tomorrow, ask in the Front Desk chat for YSC help, send the YSC staff the Ticket number, and ask them to sell it immediately.
Child Advocates of Silicon Valley
Partnership Parameters
- 50 Foster teens and young adults ages 13-21 affiliated with the Child Advocates of Silicon Valley can join the Y at no cost to them.
- We anticipate this group will be <30 young people.
- The flier is below which has a back page to fill out basic membership info, liability, and a guardian’s signature for anyone under 18. The young people will have this flier with them when they come in to join.
- Staff follow these directions to sell this membership.
- The Y will audit the registrations twice a year to report back to CASV (Child Advocates of Silicon Valley).
Personify Directions
- Anyone 17 or younger MUST have their legal guardian listed in Personify as the Bill-To.
- Sell a PACKAGE individual membership to the youth/young adult
- Use the Market Code MBR-CASAFC (Membership- CASA Foster Care Youth) on the Join Fee to waive it.
- Use the Market Code MBR-CASAFC (Membership- CASA Foster Care Youth) on the Dues line to waive it.
Corporate Memberships
Corporate membership programs help the YMCA grow membership, boost revenue, and expand community impact by partnering with employers to support workforce health and well-being.

- Benefit:
- Waive the Join Fee
- 10% reduction in monthly dues
Branch Responsibilities:
- Confirm that they qualify for the corporate membership by asking for ID. (employee badge or student ID)
- Send a ticket for the YSC to sell the membership, or sell it yourself. Add the correct Market/Discount Code to the Join Fee and Dues lines.
Department of Defense
A YMCA Military Membership is free for the active (not retired) military participant and family members and lasts 6 months.
- The interested party visits the ASYMCA website to read the eligibility criteria and complete the application.
- Once their MCAO and the DOD have fully approved the application, the DOD will route it to the YMCA team for entry. Additional staff information: HERE
FitOn Health (Formerly PeerFit)
FitOn Health partners directly with the Y to expand access to wellness through health plans and corporate programs.
FitOn Health acts as an intermediary between insurance providers (like Medicare Advantage plans) and YMCA facilities.
Both Branch and YSC can sell FitOn Health memberships to individuals, no family membership.
Branch Responsibilities:
- Eligible members register with FitOn Health, choose the specific YMCA of Silicon Valley branch, and receive their Partner Member ID (PMID) from FitOn Health
- The member visits the Y and shows their confirmation email
- Staff sell membership, apply Peerfit Market Code, and add the PMID to the Custom Demographic section of Personify.
- The PMID is alphanumeric, 10 characters in length
- Be sure to look closely at the code, confirming a zero is not an “O” or a one is not an “I” or “L”
Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM) CareAdvantage
We only accept HPSM CareAdvantage. We do not accept HPSM Medi-cal.
Branch Responsibilities:
- HPSM CareAdvantage member comes into the Y, shows their CareAdvantage card and ID.
- Y Staff will ask members to complete the application
- Optional to sell a 7-day Trial Pass
- Check Personify for active membership
- Check Contact Tracking to see if the application was denied
- Any questions regarding application status, check with the YSC
North East Medical Services (NEMS PACE)
- Qualifying Individuals - participants from North East Medical Services PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) programs.
- Membership Type - Senior/individual
- Join Fee - waived
Branch Responsibilities:
- Qualifying participants will bring a letter to the YMCA location that serves as their eligibility confirmation
- Sell Senior Membership or send in a ticket
- Package Subsystem

- Add Code to both the Join Fee, and the Dues Line: "NEMS Members MBRG-NEMS" which brings total to zero
- Set them up with the YFit app and add a Facility Access number.
- Have them sign the Waivers

One Pass
One Pass is a commercial fitness benefit program that provides eligible members—often through their employer or health plan—with access to a broad network of fitness and wellness facilities, including YMCA locations. The program is designed to make healthy living more accessible and affordable by reducing cost barriers and encouraging consistent engagement in physical activity and well-being services.

- The member provides their Aaptiv Access Commercial Code. The code will start with either a “B” or a “P” followed by nine numerical digits.
- If the member is eligible, their details will populate – okay to proceed.

- If not in the system, add a new contact
- If in the system, use the existing contact
- Complete the membership sale process in Personify (1 Young Adult, or 1 Adult only)

Passport
Passport is an app and website that matches participating corporate employees with discounted products and services. In our service area, companies such as Apple, HP, Microsoft, and Oracle offer Passport as a benefit for their employees.
- Offer Details
- Available at all YMCA of Silicon Valley facilities (excludes the Centennial Recreation Center in Morgan Hill)
- Promotion valid through February 2026
- Implementation
- Online: Passport participants must enter the promo code “MBR-PPU” online during checkout to receive the promotion. The code is provided in the Passport app.
- In Person: if you are assisting a prospect in a branch and they mention the Passport app offer, ask to see the offer screen on their smartphone and then enter the Market Code “MBR-PPU” during the registration process.
Santa Clara Valley Health Plan (SCFHP)
We accept SCFHP Medi-Cal and SCFHP DualConnect Insurance types
Branch Responsibilities:
- SCFHP members come into the Y, show their SCFHP card and ID.
- Y Staff will ask members to complete the application
- Plan Members
- Employees of SCFHP
- Optional to sell a 7-day Trial
- Check Personify for active membership
- Check Contact Tracking to see if the application was denied
- Any questions regarding application status, check with the YSC
WellHub (Formerly GymPass)
Wellhub is a corporate wellness platform that provides employees with access to a wide range of fitness and wellness services—from gyms and studios to digital apps for meditation, nutrition, sleep, and more.
Both Branch and YSC can sell Wellhub membership to individuals. No family membership (a change from the old procedure).
Branch Responsibilities:
- Eligible members register themselves through the Wellhub app and choose the specific YMCA of Silicon Valley branch. They present the app’s profile page to the Y branch staff, who should verify that the person checked in today.
- On the first visit
- Search for the person in Personify
- Complete the membership sale process
- Add their WellHub ID as their Personify Facility Access number.
- Inform the person that every time they use the Y, they must check in on their app, show the front desk that they just checked in (look for today’s date), then scan into the Y using their Wellhub app’s barcode number.
- On all other visits
- The person should check in through their Wellhub app,

Cardiovascular Program/Cardiac Rehabilitation/Health Transitions (El Camino Y Only)
Partnership between the El Camino Hospital and El Camino YMCA. When participants complete the cardiovascular or cardiac rehabilitation program, they may get up to a 2 month free membership.
Health Transitions Coordinator is Lisa Schouten. She will initiate the orientation with participant. Once they have confirmed when the participant would like to start their 2 month free membership, Lisa will contact Alice Rosenbach to help set up the membership.
