Liability Waivers

Everyone of all ages who is a 7-Day Trial pass user, on a Guest Pass, or on a Day Pass MUST sign our Liability Waivers.
If the person is 17 or younger, their parent or guardian MUST sign the electronic liability waivers IN-PERSON. This is a Legal issue that we need to abide by. We do not send the waiver links, nor can we accept paper copies of Liability waivers.
A scenario that you may encounter:
- A parent brings in their child, and the child's friend into the Y to use the pool. This parent can only sign their own child's waivers.
- The other child's liability waivers must be signed by their own parent/guardian in-person. Then their parent/guardian can leave.

7-Day Trials are for potential members aged 12+ who have not had a Trial pass at any of our branches in the current calendar year.
7-Day Trials are free and last 7 days (one week).
7-Day Trials are sold as a 7-Day Trial in Personify. Liability Waivers must be signed, and a picture must be taken. Reminder that minors 17 and younger must have their own parent/guardian sign their liability waivers in-person.
A person can have a 7-Day Trial once a calendar year for our entire association. This means that during the 7-day Trial period, they should use as many branches as they can, since they will not be able to get another 7-day Trial at any branch again this calendar year.
7-Day Trials are sold individually per person. The exception is that children aged 11 and younger, will be included in their guardian’s pass.
The 7-Day Trial, and the Guest Pass are two separate products, sold separately in Personify. If one has already been sold this calendar year, and the person is requesting the other product in the same year, staff should get branch leadership approval. Which means with approval, in one calendar year, a person can have BOTH a free Guest Pass for 7 days, AND if they are interested in joining, can also have a free 7-Day trial pass.

A Guest Pass is for a person who comes into the branch with a YMCA member and has not had a Guest Pass at any of our branches in the current calendar year.
A Guest Pass is free and lasts 7 days (one week). The 1st day is when they come in with the member.
It is sold as a Guest Pass in Personify. Liability Waivers must be signed, and a picture must be taken. And a "relationship" must be created in Personify between the member, and the guest. Reminder that minors 17 and younger must have their own parent/guardian sign their liability waivers in-person.
There is no limit to the number of guests that a member can bring in. However, each guest, can only be a guest once a calendar year (for the 7 days).

The below prices reflect one day only. There is no limit to the number of Day Passes one can purchase.
