Personify PGo Instructions
The error message will look like the following:
Login to PGo but select facility access only.
Once you are logged in (without a batch), click on the “No Batch Opened” indicator at the top of the page.
From the list of batches look for a batch that has a Batch Type of DIRECT_POSTING, Batch Date of today, and User with your username. It should be the first batch listed.
Note: DO NOT select a batch from a different date or different user/operator. This will cause problems with Financial/Accounting postings. If you do not see a batch for today with your name, STOP and submit a ticket to ITHelpDesk@ymcasv.org.
Click on that batch so it is highlighted and then click the Select button.
The batch is opened, and you can proceed to work as normal.
Personify 360
The error message will look like the following:
Login to P360 but select facility access only
Once you are logged in (without a batch), click on the “[No Batch Opened]” indicator at the top of the page.
On the Batch Control form, change the Batch Status to “Editing”, make sure your name is listed under Authorized User, and click on the Search button.
From the search results, look for a batch that has a Batch Date of today, Batch Status of EDITING, and Operator with your username. Click on that batch line so it is highlighted and then click on the Modify Batch button.
Note: DO NOT select a batch from a different date or different user/operator. This will cause problems with Financial/Accounting postings. If you do not see a batch for today with your name, STOP and submit a ticket to ITHelpDesk@ymcasv.org.
From the Batch screen, click on the Make Batch Available option from the task list on the left-hand side.
Click on Open Batch either by using the Open Batch button at the bottom or the Open Batch task on the left-hand side (if you don’t have the button).
DO NOT modify any other fields or click on any other buttons on this screen.
You now have an open batch and can proceed to work as normal.
