Program Specifics

• Qualifying Individuals - participants from North East Medical Services PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) programs. 
• Membership Type - Senior/individual 
• Join Fee - waived
• Reimbursement - 50% for one swipe

Program Workflow

1. Qualifying participants will bring a letter to any YSV branch location that serves as their eligibility confirmation
2. Sell Membership or send in a ticket
   • Package Subsystem
   • Senior Membership
   • 3rd Draft Date
   • Add Code to both the Join Fee, and the Dues Line: "NEMS Members MBRG-NEMS" which brings total to zero
   • Set them up with the YFit app and add a Facility Access number. 
   • Have them sign the Waivers
   • Take their picture 

Reporting (YSC Only)

1. Run Facility Usage and Memberships on Discount report
2. Send data to Fernando.Hernani@nems.org
   • Submit data by the 5th of each month for preceding month
