Changes to the Website Schedule

Only upon request from a branch

Branches may request support to cancel activities on the schedule during non-standard programming hours.

1. From Fisikal -> Go to Schedules

2. Find the class(es) to Cancel -> use the filters to narrow your selection

   

3. Click on the item that needs to be canceled:

4. Cancel the class -> Click Proceed

   

   5. Click -> Yes, Continue Cancellation

   

To Add a New Closure Block (Booking): - Click on the BOOK button:

1. Complete the Form:
   1. Select the Service – this will populate the additional fields to edit.
   2. Select the appropriate Sub-location
   3. Update the Time and Duration
   4. Click on SINGLE
2. Add any necessary Tags (e.g., # of lap lanes) (NOTE: these are pre-populated to choose from, can type lane to see the possible selections)
3. Click BOOK to save
