When someone scanned-in access denied and you discover they scanned in on a duplicate account that does not have membership:
- Send a ticket to the YSC to merge accounts. Let them know which account and information to retain.
- From the Personify account that you are merging, delete their Facility Access card number.
- Add the Facility Access card number to the Personify account that you told the YSC to retain. This way the person scans-in with their active membership account.
