Proforma Status in Personify

What is Proforma?

Proforma is a non-active status to an order. Think of Proforma as an online shopping cart; you added the item to your cart but never purchased it. 

How is a Proforma Order Created? 

• Proforma orders are created during the selling process before payment and/or activation occurs. This is done by:
  • Selecting "Pay Later" during the selling process before taking a payment.
  • Or by cancelling the order during the selling process before payment was taken.
  • Or by exiting out of the screen during the selling process before payment was taken. 
• You will have to go to the person's account, and refresh the page in order to see any Proforma orders that were created. 

What Happens with Program Proforma Orders?

• If a program (like swimming, basketball, PT, an event registered in Personify, etc) is in Proforma, that person is NOT registered. However, it will show a Balance Due.

What Happens with Membership Proforma Orders?

• If a membership is in Proforma, that membership is not active. However, it will show a Balance Due.

I Created a Proforma Order. What Should I do?

• • Proforma orders either need payment so they activate, or Proforma orders need to be cancelled. Send in a ticket to the YSC for any assistance needed.
