1:1 Personal Training
Our certified Personal Trainers will design a safe and effective exercise program based upon your personal
fitness level and goals.
Semi-Private Personal Training (2-3 people)
Do you wish to workout with a loved one or friend? We offer semi-private classes where you still get personal attention and can also share the motivation.
Small Group Personal Training (4-6 people)
Small group personal training provides the benefit of a personal trainer with the energy and inspiration of a group. All groups are designed for progressive results and fitness levels. Taught in a fun semi-private environment, these classes build confidence and power-enhancing work capacity in formats designed to burn fat and calories, build upper and lower body strength, and improve endurance.
Suggested ages 14 and older. 4-6 participants per class.
