Basketball Program's Cancellation Policy

- There is a $20 cancellation fee regardless of the requested date (unless a notable exception is granted by an Executive Director of a Branch)

- Participants can cancel and get a full refund, minus the $20 cancellation fee, two weeks (14 days) before the start date.

- Participants can cancel and get a credit, minus the $20 cancellation fee, two weeks (14 days) before the start date.

- Starting on the day of the first lesson, no matter what time the request is made, no refunds or credits will be given. The only exception will be if a doctor's note covering the date range of their absence is provided to the Branch's Youth Sports Coordinator for approval
